Our single-vineyard, estate shiraz shows depth and elegance combined in a full-bodied package. Blackberries and plums linger on the palate, complemented by a bit of spice. Soft, silky tannins are a legacy of the subtle use of French and American oak over a period of 18 months. Delightful now, but worth cellaring too. Alc./Vol. 14.5%
